Worst experience ever!!! We had an appointment with Paulette at 9am and when we got to the office it said "closed" my husband knocked and she finally came to the door. We entered her office and she was already around the corner and sitting at her desk with her back to us. She did not even acknowledge our presence and when she did she was just plain RUDE! I gave her our tax information and as she was asking some questions, and I asked her questions. I am a "like to know" kind of girl. About 5 minutes in she pushed the paper work to me and said that "I have a full plate and if you are going to question everything I say I can't help you." I was shocked. My husband and I looked at each other and we just didn't know what to say. I told her I am trying to understand not "Question" her. She said she does not have time for this. My husband was already out the door. I told her that was not my intention and I hoped she had a better day. Wow, we were escorted out....I guess $250.00 i
