On a very short notice, they were able to get my 8-month-old Yorkiepoo in for grooming and the web information looked fantastic...so they get a point for both of those benefits. My regular groomer has been out of town and my dogs hair was getting pretty long as well as her nails needed clipped...so I relucantly decided to give them a try based on the web site. When I arrived, I told the groomer Martin that I just wanted a trim- NOT VERY SHORT, just a trim around the eyes, the top knot, her tail and inside her ears and the grooming to follow typical yorkiepoo puppy cuts. He proceeded to toss her in a metal crate and told me he would call me when she was done. 2 hours later I went back and she had the WORST cut I have ever seen, her hair is different lengths all over and EXTREMELY short- I can see the pink skin underneath most of her body and she looks like a Chinese crested. It was a cheap cut at $30, but I certainly have no problem paying more- typically I pay $60 or more, and now I know why, you get what you pay for- Unless you just want your dog shaved I wouldn't take them to this place
