Provided by YP.comThis company is great. They were able to come out the next day & fix my problem. They also gave me peace of mind by checking for fire hazards even though they didn't have to. The tech was very knowledgeable. They warranted their work. I would use them again & recommend them to others!

Provided by YPmobileWas forwarded to this business on Friday 8/7 by Home Depot, who highly recommended them. They could not reach them and left a voice mail. After a few hours I tried calling them myself, same deal, got a voice mail and left a message. As of today 8/10 I have yet to get a call back. I'm surprised considering how professional the company website is.

Pathetic from start to finish. Schedule means nothing and backed up a surly and belligerent customer support staff. Be prepared to be frustrated. You are better off with an electrical problem than hiring this firm to fix the issue.

These people are far from All Stars. They have no sense of any customer service or good business practices. I made an appointment on 7/22 for them to give me an estimate and they were to come out on 7/24 in the morning. They never showed up and when I called they said they had no record of it. That morning,7/24 I made another appointment for the next day 7/25 for the afternoon. I called at 2:05 pm to make sure they were coming and was assured yes. I called at 4:30 pm and the young lady left me on the phone and totally ignored me for 11 1/2 minutes before I finally hung up, which I know they were happy about. The young girls who answer the phone were probably not given any customer service training and all they could do was say "I apologize" each time I called. That must be their standard response. This company, if you can call it that, leaves a lot to be desired and I obviously will not call again. My job was expected to be approx. $3-4000. It must be nice to not need work.

Really poor customer service and they will try to upsell you when it is not necessary. Needed to get a panel switched out for insurance reasons and they tried to upgrade me to a larger panel. The hot water heater and the dryer are on gas so there was no need for this... just a blatant attempt to upsell. I didn't really have time to shop around so went ahead and used them for work on a rental property. Then I couldn't even get the bill until I paid them. What? Just crazy. Will never use again, I need to surround myself with trustworthy companies that make doing busy simple and easy.
Slow to respond to issues especially returning calls. They had to order a part to repair my attic fan, after over 20 calls to them and my home warranty company they finally finished the job about 1 month later. 18 Months later I filed a claim with my home warranty company for a different item and they reported that R&R claimed I never paid the initial service charge for the attic fan resulting in my having to jump through numerous hoops such as locating, faxing and emailing the HW company copies of the cancelled check as proof that I had paid the service charge. My Aviod this company if possible. Poor service and poor g. Hey IRS, here is a good candidate for an audit, I'll bet they owe you money. My Home warranty company is First American Home Buyers Protection Corp. They take the side of their contractors instead of their customers, so I am shopping for a new HW company as well.

I had a service Request with this company and found that their customer service was absolutely terrible. The telephone receptionist was rude and not customer oriented. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
