ATA Family Martial Arts, Windsor, is the second school owned and operated by the Overby family. I personally am a very proud 5th generation Coloradoan. Our family loves being part of the community here. The first school is located in Fort Collins and was started 6 years ago.

We have one of the nicest facilities in northern Colorado. This includes 1,800 square feet of Olympic quality mats. Free wireless internet, 2 bathrooms, and many other high quality martial arts training equipment. Associations

We are proud members of the American Taekwondo Association. The ATA is the largest single style organization in the world. We have over 1,500 schools and with that comes the ability to have a great family atmosphere and the help we need to keep learning and the support to have top quality schools. Our instructors must test at national level events and pass stringent requirements in technical and teaching knowledge. We have ranks in Gracie Jiu Jitsu as well as our TKD ranks. We have certifications in many weapons (Single/Double Nunchuck, Single/Double Stick, Long Staff, Kamas, etc), Olympic Sparring, Ground Fighting, Knife/Gun Defense, and many more. The head instructor is also certified by the PPCT in DT (Defensive Tactics), and can be a legal use of force expert witness in military/police and general criminal trials.
