We had a system installed two months ago. It is still not functioning correctly. We are still waiting on remote pad that was malfunctioning at installation, but the company has yet to replace it. Repeated calls have yielded no-shows. We were promised better customer service than their competitors, but to date, we have had more problems with the BK equipment and customer service from than we did from their competitor. The owner blames their lack of available staff.
