DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM RICH FARM GARDEN SUPPLY. I PLACED A ORDER BACK ON APRIL 4TH. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING ELSE AND HAVE E-MAILED THEM 3 TIMES WITH NO RESPONCE TO REFUND MY MONEY. WHEN I DO SEND THEM A E-MAIL THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER. DAH!!!!!!! YOU ALSO CAN'T GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE. IT STINKS. IT WILL TELL YOU PRESS 123 FOR EXPRESS ORDERS. THEN IT WILL LET YOU TRY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND IT IS ALWAYS MEMORY FULL AND THEN HANG UP ON YOU. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO WAL-MART OR LOWES.

Ordered Jun 7, now Jun 30 no product. Have not resonded to three emails and no one is at the phone number listed and all mailboxes are full. Scam.

Placed $60 order using PayPal April 09 now May 09. No response via telephone or email to date. I feel very uncertain that this is a reliable service.

I have ordered from this company before with no problems.... I called to place an order this year, 2009, and didn't get anyone on the phone and there was no extension to speak to anyone....since I have had good service before...I placed the order on-line and they utilize Pay-Pal....I still wanted a specific mail date....I e-mailed several times...no answer...I called my bank and they're basically telling me "Good Luck"I am sick of getting ripped online!!!!!!!!!
