Horrible staff

Went here to get my hair styled before the wedding. Had gone a week before for a run through where I told her that I didn't want my half up-do to be poofy on top. Day of the wedding - hairstylist was in a foul mood because they thought the bride & Laura were two different people, so now she only had one person instead of two. She did not handle that professionally at all. Then proceeded to curl my hair while turning and chatting with the hairstylist next to me and burning my scalp. When I said OUCH! and told her it burned me she responded with "oh, it probably just pulled a little and I didn't burn you". Then forgot anything about how I wanted my hair done before and made it poofy. Left and had my friend fix it and it looked loads better. Waste of money.

Would not ever recommend to anyone! I had the worst experience at this Spa. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also refused to help us and left the salon.

My color was messed up and I went to the owner. She did an amazing job. She talked to me first and eased my worries,I did'nt want fry hair but she used color to lift and deposit and I was out of there with the new me in 2 and a half hours. She put a deep Power dose to seal my hair. It feels Wow!!! You would not have know I had a messed up double processed hair. She is a color expert !!!
