I very much appreciated that they seemed to really care about me and what was my best choice. No pressure. Considering their great reputation for top quality, I expected them to be a little more expensive. They were not. Was even helped by one of the family members who actually made the pattern for the coat ( a 3/4 reversible sheared mink). This kind of business is a lost art.
