      Ideally situated in the heart of downtown Wilmington's legal and financial districts, DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Wilmington - Legal District is just one block from the Federal Courthouse and Delaware State Superior Courthouse. We are a full-service hotel with easy access to I-95, midway between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI), and five blocks from the Wilmington Amtrak Station (WIL). Major corporations headquartered near the hotel include Met Life, Bank of America, DuPont, JPMorgan Chase, Capital One, Astra Zeneca, Amtrak, Barclays, Ernst & Young, AI DuPont/Nemours, Children's Hospital, Wilmington Hospital, AAA Mid Atlantic and Accenture.
