      Terrible place. they don't tell you what they are going to give you they just take then give a ticket. i took in what they said was 6 lbs of bright #1 cooper, i know it was more, then I got to their counter with the ticket, which had nothing but a number on it and they handed me $12. I said i want my scrap back and I would take somewhere else. they said it was to late. The guy said I could take the money or leave without it, but I couldn't have my scrap back. The price of cooper was 3.83 that day. If you can go somewhere else you should

      Worst customer service I have ever had. Employees failed to acknowledge my presence for the first 15 minutes in their business and once they did they were very rude. I will never do any business with this place again.
