My experience with Steve Waldman Electric and the staff has been nothing but excellent!

We had work done to hook up electrical service for our mobile home in November of 2007. The response time was slow and we were extremely overcharged! (16.5 hours for a 3-4 hour job). My husband and I were present for the work that was done and asked for a breakdown of the hours spend by the employees who clocked the hours. The company was unresponsive and uncooperative and still has not told us where the supposed 16.5 hours of work were spent (they claim they can't "jog the memory" of the employees who did the work). On top of that we were overcharged for an amount of supplies that could not have possibly been used to do the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would warn everyone considering them to find someone more reputable. Please learn from our mistake and don't get overcharged by this company.
