Ken the technician called and arrived at the time state on 03/26/20. The service work on our two units was professional and will certainly call upon them again.

Our AC stopped blowing cold one weekend in the early evening. We called DeSantis and they sent someone over right away. Prior to his getting there, we had looked up the problem on our own and knew we were going to need a certain switch that was fairly inexpensive, but we didn't say anything to the service technician when he got there, to see if he would try to say it was something worse. But the service man quickly saw that it was the switch, which he was able to get and have the AC working that night. The emergency weekend cost was also not as much as you might expect to pay! I will definitely use them again.

My cheap 3 yr old Samsung washer broke, filled with water on a Thursday evening . I called a local appliance dealer who sold Speed Queen (washer of choice) ,never answered phone, so I found Desantis . Called them confirmed they sold Speed Queen and they had one delivered within 2 Hours !!!! Polite, professional. Can't say enough about everyone that we spoke with .

Their techs and service are great! I had a major issue with an AC unit in a home I bought on a short-sale awhile ago. Munns came out and kept fixing the end result, but wouldn't address "the issue". I spent thousands with Munns before finally calling Desantis. They came out twice (the 2nd time the owner of the company came out as well), diagnosed my airflow issue and came up with a solution. Their prices are better. Recently I had an AC issue, and I called them at 4:15PM. They had someone out that evening (no extra $$) to replace a thermostat and clean the drain line. Everyone there is knowledgeable and professional!

But didn't know it for 3 days so they said it wasn't their fault. Not trustworthy and hard to deal with. At best, the technician was not knowledgeable, at worst, he broke a $2000 part. Thank goodness I had a home warranty. Not a recommended company.

The had been doing bi yearly maintenance. THe AC did not work 3-7 days later when I turned it on, and I called them and they said the compressor was broken, maybe a lightning strike, but I had another contractor come by who said the wires were crossed to the capacitor by Desantis. Desantis refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I plan to go to the Seniors against Crime, and let them know I would be taking action. It took 3 weeks to get full air conditioning in hot Florida!

DeSantis Appliance & A/C has serviced our Trans A/C unit for over 8 yrs. now. Very efficient service employees. Had problem with our unit and they can out the day we reported it.
