honestly I have nothing good to say about this place. The nurses were unhelpful. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for calling. Then to get them to call you back it was always at least 24 hours. I am trying to seek fertility treatments and when I started with the first dr, she wouldn't listen to my history or what I had done in the past that had worked. I ended up doing labs but was never called with the results. Finally called a week later myself. When they returned my call THE NEXT DAY, this dr was out of the office for thr week. When your doing fertility treatments you do not have that kind of time. Each day is important. I ended up switching to a different dr in the practice. She was even worse then the first one. Absolutely refused to look at my history or listen to me at all. Was incredibly rude. I felt very degraded and treated as though I am a child. My husband had to be tested as well, we got the results from the lab within 36 hours, this was 10 days ago and I still haven't head from the dr. I ended up calling because I had questions about my bill. This was over s week ago and I never heard back. I will never recommend this practice and felt they were very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional

I am furious with them. Absolutely inappropriate behaviors and 110% lack of care.

A medication they put me on was causing horrible side effects. When I called in to speak with someone about feeling suicidal and if I should stop the medication or if it would hurt more, I was hung up on twice. A friend of mine was also hung up on because she was frustrated and "not talking nice". They don't return calls, the nurses are HORRIBLE and don't care about mental health what so ever. I was embarrassed that I had referred people to them previously. Dr. Wilhelm is wonderful but the nurses make the experience a nightmare and truly show that they don't care.

I'm so glad I switched to Lakepoint. Dr. Nicole Arensdorf is so nice and professional and the staff are super friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone.

She diagnosed my kids with a disease without doing the proper procedures. We spent thousands and my kid never got better. We took my child to a specialist and he said she didn't have the disease. We went to another doctor and had my child treated and better within a week. Never a sorry or I messed up from her at all. We always felt she wasn't listening and only wanted to prescribe the most expensive medicine she could
