I am writing this because there was a young woman in the shop last night who was using vulgar language in front of my daughter. She appeared to be very difficult. The manager did a great job at keeping the woman's tone down by catering to her. As I was very uncomfortable by the things this woman was saying, it will in no way change my thoughts of The hair Studio in Whitinsville. They have always been great to me and always do a fantastic job. Hope the situation with the other client was resolved and sorry you had such a difficult person. I deal with it at my job every so often,sometimes that's what you get with working with the general public. You never know who is going to walk through that door. I heard her say she was going to slander you on the internet so I took it upon myself to write this. Best of luck!
