I paid $140 for a driver to pick up my mother at the airport. The driver didn't understand English very well (he called me numerous times confused), he didn't know how to get to the arrivals gate at JFK, and he didn't know how to get to my house- despite the fact that I had called a week ahead and gave them all of this information. My poor mom had to wait outside for 40 minutes before he finally arrived. Then he didn't know where to go, so I had to spend an hour on the phone between him and the company trying to get it sorted out. It was ridiculous that they couldn't get a better driver when I had already paid so much. DO NOT USE THEM! They are terrible and their customer service could not be worse!

We made a reservation and paid with a credit card so we could get home safe from our new years party. They called 45 minuets before they were to pick us up and refused to come and get us. Thanks for leaving us stranded.
