Thank You for your interest in Abundant Vision Nutrition. My main inspiration to develop this company sprung from seeing many people struggling and spinning their wheels on diet after diet. I see people listening to the wrong advice, and doing the wrong things that has them virtually going in the opposite direction of their desired goals. An unfortunate part of this industry is that there are many so called professionals out there that only have book knowledge and no real life experience. This limits their ability to make proper assessments and to develop a proper course of action for each individual. To really be successful in this industry and stand out in the upper echelon of experts it takes knowledge, skill, and intuition. Something I call the 3 principles. My strong passion to create healthy fit physiques, and happy individuals helped develop my gift of intuition. Hands on experience with my own body, and also hundreds of clients helped me develop my skills. Schooling, studies, experimentation, and more studies helped me develop my knowledge There doesn't exist a one size fits all plan that works, therefore it takes the 3 principles that I just described. After 10 years in the fields of fitness, exercise, and nutrition I am confident that I can help the vast majority successfully manage their weight, health, and overall energy levels.
