Don’t waste your time. Poor selection and quality clothing terrible customer service. You will regret doing business with them. I know I do.

One star is TOO many, but I had to put at least one.

I dropped off 10 boxes of baby boy and girl clothing to LB. The clothing was in great shape and current styles. She kept about 1 box of the clothing. She isn't even smart enough to keep the entire set in most instances, she would keep one piece and discarded the matching hat, pants, etc.

She offered me $21 for the clothing that she wanted to keep (which amounted to about 1 box out of the 10) and told me the rest had already been donated. When I dropped off the clothing, I told her she could donate what she didn't want to purchase because it never occurred to me that she would donate 90% of what I took to her! At the time. she said that she donates the clothes to A Precious Child, I know that is a worthy cause, and I was okay with her donating what was left. That was UNTIL I got home and called APC and they told me they had not received a donation from Little Britches within that time frame. So, which is it? Are they lying about already donating my clothing? Or lying about where they donate their items? Do they donate items at all??? I have no idea what to think at this point!

If I had any idea this is how the experience of trying to sell my kid's clothing would have been, I wouldn't have wasted my time. I could have sold the clothes on Craigslist and made A LOT more than $21, OR I could have just donated the clothing myself and gotten the tax write off.

Do not go to Little Britches, save yourself the time, trouble, heartache, and frustration!! Please, if this keeps someone from going through what I went through...please don't go there!

I will be taking Little Britches to small claims court in the near future. We had an excellent working relationship until a few months ago when the store owner, Tanya, refused to pay me for merchandise she took. I brought in and left 6 bins of clothing and toys for her to inspect. I made many attempts to contact her without success.

After months of trying to reach Tanya, it was apparent that she was not going to explain why she will not compensate me. I am not a litigious person but I did not leave my children's clothing and toys for a store owner to keep. I don't understand why she won't call me back to explain her behavior and why she feels she can STEAL my items. This business is untrustworthy and dishonest. If you do sell to them, do NOT leave your items before payment!

New Ownership! Come check it out. The professionalism is so much better! Great selection, high quality, I always know what to expect at the store now. There are some rules to follow, but no guessing is involved. Definitely worth shopping again!

What an improvement since getting new owner/ management!! The shop is friendlier and better organized. Much better experience since last year. I prefer online shopping when possible, but this place has me hooked. Unbeatable prices. Shopped here for Halloween costumes. Great selection and even better prices. Purchased pajamas, puzzles, books for my son. Looking forward to the upcoming Christmas selection. Great customer service. Cannot wait to attend a class or Moms Night Out. My advice to other parents... Pay attention to all the sales. Store restocking is done on Wednesday and Sunday's. If you don't see what you came in for ask the staff or try to get on the wish list. Grandparents discounts, teacher discount, foster parent discounts... Deals galore!!!Cute place to shop!

I have never been treated so rudely before!! On a normal day I have always dealt with the owner who is nice and helpful. However after spending thousands of dollars here in the last few years I finally had to return something. I bought an item that was $4.50 I just wanted to exchange for a different size and the lady with the dark curly hair was so rude I was crying by the time I left the store. I will NEVER be back to this store or recommend it to anyone!!! Do not waste your time or money here! The only reason they one an A List award was because they wouldn't honor the 25% off coupon if you didn't vote right then and there

This place is horrible! The staff was eating at the front counter and going through the merchandise. The store was cluttered with empty plastic bins. I could barley get to the front counter, because there was so much clutter on the floor. The store looked like it belonged to a hoarder. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She went through my box of items, took only a handful of items and told me to come back in a week for my money. She then put my stuff in with the rest of her piles! She offered me next to nothing for my things. Im guessing she had no clue what things were mine and pulled the lowest number out of her ass! Never going back there again!!!

I love little britches. Everyone is always nice to me. I am a grandma that loves to dress her Granddaughter nicely. I like the fact that their clothes are in great shape and have only ever had to return something once in the years I have shopped there. We take good care of our clothes so I am able to sell them back and keep a line of credit going. I find this to be a win/win situation.

I have never been one to shop"thrift" but when my girlfriends had been bragging about this little kids resale store I finally thought why not. Upon entering I was greeted by more than one person I felt welcome right away--also unlike the "thrift store" smell it was pleasant and airy and open in here. I found great brands and toys at good prices I even bought gifts for a baby shower that I was attending that weekend. I have been converted---I am a resale groupie now. Thank you Little Britches for showing me how great resale can be.

I would give a 0 to them, if I had the chance. They were extremely rude, very unprofessional, they offer ridiculous very low prices for everything. Save you time and drive there.

sI dropped off over 80 items of boys clothes that were in great condition. The store ended up keeping less than half of my items and paid .50 a piece for jeans/shirts/coats/snow boots and snow pants that were in great shape. They also tried to tell me that the items they wouldn't buy were stained. I looked at some of the clothing they did have for sale and there were jeans with holes in the knee, which is surprising since they have extremely high standards and see stains on items that are not there. Not worth the time and effort to sell items to this store!

Thease people only give you 50 cent per item then go and sell it for $3 to $5 or more. They are extreamly slow at ringing you up and are very unprofessional. They tell you they will buy your items and then make you wait a week for them to give you your store credit or money and don't even take most of what you have. I had **brand new** clean never worn clothes in excellent condition that they tried to tell me had stains and looked too used when they were BRAND NEW!! They were extreamly rude when I asked if they had a room where I could nurse my baby and she told me I should go into the bathroom to do it. I would rather find another thrift store or just find things to buy on craigslist.com then be treated like dirt when I am a paying customer. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!

This store is great, everything is reasonable priced and is great condition. I've been to other resale shops and been disappointed with their prices. So glad I found such a wonderful store with great people.

We buy all of my Grandaughters clothes here. Nice place to shop and clothes are in wonderful shape.

Made the drive all the way to Westminster only to find Little Britches had closed at 5 instead of 7 like they advertised. I called number only to find out they didn't even take the time to set up the voicemail (what business doesn't set up voicemail?). All the reviews are either five stars or one star no in between, which makes me think they are not real

I have never been big on putting my kids in used clothing, but after going in and seeing how nice everything was, I am no longer against it. It is obviously a popular place because there was a line. The staff was nice and I am all about going back.
