Been here a few times now. One stylist I had a less-than-fantastic time with (When I walked out, my hair looked hardly any different, and she didn't even offer to blowdry it, so it was still wet), but I've always requested Alyssa since then. Before having her do my hair, I always felt the need to go home and mess around with it a bit so it would look how I want it. Alyssa does it spot-on, leaving me confident any time I walk out. She's talented, friendly, and makes sure that you're completely satisfied before you leave. I recently went in to get it dyed significantly lighter, and she offered to let me come in the next day so that she wouldn't have to bleach it twice in one sitting. This ended up not being needed, but it was a nice offer, nonetheless. We didn't expect it to take so long, so I was in there until a little after closing. Even so, she didn't rush to get me out of there, instead making sure that I liked it before I left. As long as I see her, I know that I'm going to leave there with more confidence than what I walked in with.

I have long hair and wanted my layers trimmed. Girl there was friendly. She washed my hair and cut it wet. I noticed during the cut she kept looking out the window which made me nervous. When she cross checked my layers (cross check is basically making sure each side of the haircut is even) she wasn't even looking she was still looking out the window into the parkinglot. She abruptly said all done and took off my cape and headed to the register. I sat in the chair with wet hair and stood up and began to check it myself. (suprised she didn't 1.offer to show me the back 2. ask what i thought or 3. ask if i wanted it blow dryed) It was noticeable uneven and i quietly pointed this out to her. She said oh, i see now and "fixed it" The end result was still, an uneven haircut. I went to check it again and she snapped ," it's fine" and walked to the register. I paid for an awful haircut that had harshly cut layers and was really uneven. Was going to call and complain but she didn't give me a receipt so i don't have a name. Even my brother noticed how uneven it was when i walked in the door. I considered going back and asking for someone else to do it but i didn't want a short haircut.and was scared to let any of them touch my hair again. NEVER going back!!!!. Literally the worst haircut i've ever had. Spend the extra 10-20$ go to a salon where your hair stylist wont be chugging iced coffee and looking out the window
