It's immaculate , the staff is friendly , professional. The owners are present and very committed. I am presently rehabing a back injury in the pool and whirlpool . I can attest to how much both have improved my condition in a short period of time. I've met many nice people there who are there for similar reasons., There's alot of room to move about, you are not crowded..Offers great classes as well for many different interests. I'm very comfortable with my experiences there. I highly recommend AHFC.

I have been a member at many gyms, but stopped here several years ago and stayed. The owners are there and involved with the members doing training and classes every day. It seems like there is always cleaning going on. I love the amenities - big sauna & big steam room in the locker room. Everyone I know at American Health is there to stay.

Highly recommend. There are so many great classes. The salt pool is wonderful, it is only 4 feet deep and I'm short. You can find equipment everywhere, but I love the sauna & steam room.
