I purchased topsoil from this company on May 13, 2013. It was supposed to be loose and nice to work with for top dirt needed in our backyard to seed grass. It was not! There were lots and lots of hard clumps that were extremely difficult to attempt to break up! We paid $30.00 for not even 1/2 a load of dirt in the back of our pickup, as the suspension on our truck would not hold more. This was not Lounsbury's fault, but it was not encouraging to pay that much money for dirt that was full of clumps!! I would NOT recommend buying topsoil at this place!
