We just moved to the area, and purchased our first home. We turned our air on for the first time, to discover it was not working. Lynn came highly recommended. I placed a call at 8:30am requesting someone to come take a look. I was told they may not be able to make it, but they will try ( completely understandable). I called back again at 2:30pm to see if they had a better idea if they were going to be able to make it, was told yes. 5:30pm I receive a call from Mike and was asked if he could come the next day bc of some issues that had come up. ( again, understandable) I had to decline because it was 90+ degrees in my home, and I have two small children. He said his boss was pulling up, he would talk with him, and call me back to let me know if they were going to make it or not. No call ever came. At 9pm, I had to call someone else. I called mikes phone, as a courtesy, and left a message letting him know I went with someone else. No call back, no apology. I was extremely understanding to the fact that they were swamped, and that some issues arose. What made me choose to never use Lynn again was the customer service. I was told to wait for a call, that he clearly never planned on making. Leaving me in a bind, and making it extremely hard to find someone else at that hour.
