      We recently stayed at this Motel; my best advice to you is DONT. Rooms were dirty, floor not vacuumed, bathroom floor not cleaned from who knows we, I was afraid to walk around the room bare foot. Although the sheets looked okay. The room we stayed in the sink plugged up after first use but good news there was a plunger in the room. The picture on the internet made it look better than it was. This was a $20.00 dive for a $54.00 price tag.

      General Info
      The State Street Motel is under new ownership as of December 2014. We are undergoing total renovation and returning to the status of most desirable motel in the area. All areas being rubbed down and scrubbed and in the process of freshly painting all rooms and common area. Completely new bedding. New towels. Our goal is to have new floor covering installed in most rooms by the end of February. Yes you can receive the Free Wi-Fi in all rooms. All rooms have desks, most rooms have tables and chairs. All Rooms have micro-wave ovens and refrigerators. We have many rooms with two queen beds. Also several rooms can be opened to internal adjoining rooms. Several rooms with one Queen bed and a sitting area. We plan to have a few designated rooms where dogs are allowed with refundable deposits when no damage. Other rooms will be pet free. All rooms will be no smoking Of course TV's with cable and HBO Good restaurants very nearby, a convenience store and gas station across the street. Large city park and outdoor swimming pool a short walk away. Come see us when visiting the area or passing through. Welcome
