Avoid this place at all costs! I took my Raymond Weil watch in for servicing two months ago and they still haven't returned it. I left it with them on June 19th. Three weeks later they told me it would take another month.... "because of the 4th of July holiday". I asked them what needed to be done to the watch. They didn't know but said it would cost $315! It's August 10th and still no watch. They tell me the watch maker is on vacation and they don't know when he'll return. If you need to have a watch repaired try Bernie Robbins. I had a relatively good experieince with them with the same watch a couple years ago. Bernie Robbins sent the watch to the manufacturer for the tune up---charged $140 and took 4 weeks. I should have driven the extra couple of miles to Radnor..instead I tried Wayne Jewlers....and am stuck with a $315 estimate, almost 2 months down the tubes, NO WATCH and hey don't know where the watch repair man is!!
