      A little Bit about Max's.. In July1997 I took over the ownership of Max's Deli. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I have used my skills to provide a variety of fresh entrees, side dishes, soups, sandwiches and exciting new salads on a daily basis. My staff and I can provide full service party planning and catering. We are available for a free consultation concerning the details of your next event, including the menu, rental package, and wait staff. As Always.
