Not highly recommended. Most not all the workers talk to the residents, inmates awful. They talk to family ( to drop off stuff) or visit horribly too. Assuming everyone knows their rules, etc. No reason need to talk to anyone like that ecspecially if new! Almost impossible to do jobs etc. they expect if no family friends in waterloo to get you around. They do not care or seem to want people to succeed!!!
