A few years ago I had a case with them. They handled the case fairly quickly and without much fuss. I had a second case last summer 2014 and till this day March 2015 my case is yet to be resolved. The worst part has yet to be told. They have a staff member in their office Mya whom I personally knew and benefited twice financially from my case. Due to persona reasons she decided to close my case unbeknownst to the rest of the staff. She said my case did not include sugiciant property damage and closed my case!! Needles to say when I realized things were taking long I called and found out what she had done. I was called back after many messages and told by one of the lawyers there thy he would try and find someone else to take my case if not he would take care if it himself at no cost to me. It took weeks I called him and finally got a response. He would take my case and not charge his fee due to the inconvenience. I was elated. We are working on my case as we speak. Hopefully we can come to a close. I hope their business practices improve or they keep better inventory of staff.
