We have many rooms that are rented on a monthly basis. Several different sizes and rates are available to suit your band. The building and all rooms are kept clean, operational, and respectable, day after day. We are constantly improving the building including a new roof, state the art surveillance system and biometric entry lock. The Music Factory has become a great place to network with other bands, but still has the feeling of being private which we like to emphasize. Please call for a free tour of the facility any time!
