We bought a minivan from them in January, since then it's been nothing but problems! The automatic side door stopped working, the window engine failed, the fuel pump went and now the engine went. We put the van in for service 4 days ago and they haven't even started it! We went to get it to take it somewhere else after they swore they had the time and would get right on it. We go to pick it up & they charged us 156.43 for a oil tube that was never even put in. And nothing but excuses about why they didn't start it and swore they did. They think nothing of lying to their customers after we stressed to them that we need it back & have newborn twins. Needless to say we had to demand our $ back when we looked under the hood & it had not even been touched!!!

My car was in for Pa state inspection it was the last day and you know the shop or dealer have you if you need your car because it is the last day. I was in and out in a couple of hours and it needed a bulb and wipers. There were a couple of minor recomendations that I will be back for. The price is what they told me and they finshed quickly and have a two year warranty parts and labor. The girl in the front desk is nice and ery helpful as well (joes). I would recomend my freinds and family any day of the week to go and get work done at Sams Auto Service

George was very kind and explained everything I needed done with my car. He gave me a inspection form and told me what needed to be done now and at a later date. He gave me an estimate of the charges and did not charge me any more. I am very happy that I have found someone I can Trust. Sue R.
