At Jazzercise Wadsworth fitness center, you'll find fitness classes that choreograph exercise moves into dance, using everything from kick-boxing to step aerobics, lunges, crunches, planks, yoga, and more - for a fun and effective workout.Founded in 1969, Jazzercise is the original dance workout and still the world's leading dance fitness program. And at the locally owned Wadsworth fitness club, there are myriad class formats to choose from. Some classes incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio dance moves with strength training and body sculpt for the ultimate full-body workout.
