I have visited this school for several years for hair cuts and color, primarily. Most of the time the service is adequate to excellent. However, I find the professionalism and customer service is not usually as good. I have called in to make appointments for longer services (i.e., color) and have been told they don't make appointments. And I know they do. I understand services are at the need of the student and are dependent on the number of students they have at any one time. However, to be lied to is unacceptable.
Students don't seem to understand they are learning a profession not just a job and part of the profession is customer courteousy. I don't expect to be entertained or discuss the issues of the world, but I do expect to be acknowledged and remembered while in their chair. To have someone talk over me to another student about personal habits or to be on their phone is not good customer service, I am not just a head of hair they are working on. These students should be learning to be professionals. It's okay to have fun at work, but when instructors are goofing around same as the students, I wonder what lesson the students are learning and what kind of hairdresser they will be at graduation.

Absolutely filthy! All the girls in there were very unprofesional. Did not keep their work areas clean. Observed scissors being used on one client and then imediately used on another with no sanitatizing Before use. Hair clippings were tracked all over the floor. I had to get up and leave it was making me sosick to my stomach. This place was not even fit enough to take a dog in and have it groomed from Fear it would come out flea infested and lice ridden! PURE PUKE!!!!
