I too went in to get haircut and it was to be undercut style. I show the girl a picture of how it was to be styled and she did not even come close! long where it should have been short and too short where it should be long! It was butchered and had to go back and have manager fix it somehow. Yes, they are friendly but I would not recommend.

Great service, the workers are nice, great at what they do

I recently went to Split Ends for a hair cut and a women named Payton did my hair. My hair looks awful!!! First she cut it way shorter than what I asked, second the layers look ridiculous and there is a section of my hair that has no layers, and third it didn't look even close to the picture of what I wanted!!! I am so upset!! I have a little girl looking hair cut! The only positive is the atmosphere, everyone there seemed very nice and friendly.
