After putttng up with several years of offhand treatment by his office staff, and somewhat lackadaisical treatment by the physician, I went to another. When I called to cancel an appointment, the unidentified, rude person on the phone wanted to know if I was going to another doctor. When I said, "Yes," she said, "If you do that, you can't come back here again."The new doctor has asked for my history and records several times, but been ignored. When they asked about it, they were told I had to go back in person to ask for my records.It's been truly disappointing to be treated so badly by a doctor and his office staff. I do not regard this practice as being the sort of high level professionals they claim to be.
