I payed 478.00 to have 1 rear wheel bearing changed in my car. They had it for 2 full days. It was making noise and made my car wobble when i got it back,so i went to have them look it over. After one guy there said it seems messed up,they have had me coming back for 3 days in a row and still have not looked,or fixed it. I finally went to another mechanic and i watched him take the wheel off and open it up. The bearing was put in backwards my the mechanics at Marks Automotive! At 478.00 and 2 full days it shoukd have been right! The tire could have fell off and injured,or killed me,my family,or others! This place is the absolute worst!

Looking for a reliable, honest, hardworking, dedicated team of mechanics?? You need to come to Marks. I have never gotten steered wrong here; excuse the pun :] They work on all makes and model of vehicles. I have gone in and received expert service the very same day, with very little wait time, and not because they werent busy either. They just care. They are open on SUNDAYS people, SUNDAYS! I have driven by their shop late in the evenings and they are still hard at work. Never had one complaint with the work. If they cant fix it, and that's rarely the case; they will tell you where to take it. They are reasonably priced, i have yet to receive a bill that wasnt fair. Im a girl...so I've had punctured tires plugged, new tires installed, batteries charged, flushes, engines worked on, oil changes, fluids replaced, you name it- they do it ALL folks. And with a smile, even on the hottest of summer days AND they are always busy. I would never, ever take my car anywhere else. Thanks MarK!
