No matter where you are, we have an outreach clinic near you! The Van Horne Family Medical Clinic serves south Benton County and the Benton Community School District. The original clinic opened in 1997 and was remodeled and expanded upon in 2014. The clinic offers outpatient primary care services and lab services onsite.
