If you have a fire, flood, or any other disaster, DO NOT subject yourself to this business - you have suffered enough! In the over a year since I had my house fire, I have suffered damaged items due to their negligence, stolen items, items carelessly tossed into my basement, items not reassembled (I can't reassemble them because the hardware was lost.) At the time of my fire, I was assured that Rainbow would handle everything and make sure everything was documented so that I wouldn't have to worry about my belongings being left in a house full of strangers.They still have no idea what even happened to some of my items. In fact, when they sent the photo inventory to the insurance company, there were photos of another family's home and belongings included. When I mentioned valuable items that are now missing, they stated that they don't have them documented so they were never there and I will not be compensated for them.When they removed the locked box from my door, it still had the key inside and they would not return it until I took unpaid time off of work to go to their office and demand my house key back. They will not come to the house to even assess the mess that has been left behind - why should they? They don't care because these are not their belongings and this is not their life. I've been trying to get them to resolve my issues since we moved back into the house, but my main fights began in January - 6 months ago. My calls and messages go unanswered and without response, I have been passed from person to person, and they want to give me a whopping $500 for my inconvenience and their negligence and incompetence, which is the equivalent of a slap in my face to top off all the other misery they have caused me. Highly unprofessional company. If you want to experience more trauma, hire them. I'm sure you'll be impressed by their offices, which have now been moved to an apartment - that should be an indicator at how well they handle their business.

I was very satisfied with your services. The estimate was the same as the service with no hidden surprises. Keith and Dale were outstanding and very knowledgeable.

Rainbow staff was called in to dry up water damaged areas (walls, floor). In a matter of a few days all affected areas were dry and clean, preventing any more damage, (mold etc.). The response from Rainbow was amazingly quick. Industrial sized dehumidifiers, fans and heaters were put to use for several days to dry the floor, joists and ceiling. The technicians were extremely careful & considerate and they did a great job. Paul T, Valparaiso
