Heavy Equipment Repair Inc. is a machine, welding and mechanical repair and fabrication shop serving Saint Paul, MN and the surrounding Twin Cities area. We have been serving a huge variety of industries for 26 years. In any industry, even a small glitch can completely derail production. We will get you back on track, no matter how big or small the problem! And we are always on the lookout for a better way to fix the problem so that a repair will last longer. We offer small to large scale machining including vertical lathe work, CNC machining, hydraulic pressing, a CNC burn table and more. We also repair components from production machines in factories (choppers, shredders, balers, punch press, injection molding, press brake, airlocks, inlet/outlet rotors, vacuum pumps, gear boxes, hydraulics, etc). We have a large-scale machine shop to fabricate replacement parts as needed. If we can, we will come and fix your problem on-site. We also do a significant amount of machining of new products per the customer's print, from all over the country. Products that we machine, per print, include centrifugal pump housings, piston pumps, air conveying components, cooling tower piping, frame-like weldments, just to name a few!
