I wasted so much time browsing everywhere but I wish I found the hot tub store first. They gave me the best price from the beginning and answered all of my questions. Their hot tubs are high quality and their service is the best.
From the moment I walked into the store from the moment I left, I was given the most elite service I have ever received purchasing a hot tub. My father purchased a few hot tubs from Nick who I believe is the owner and his service is excellent and the product is amazing. I travel a lot and always under stress, the tubs he has sold us truly relieve a lot of stress. They always answer my questions and always come out quickly to service them when they're needed. I was reading the other reviews and some of the not so great ones make me wonder if they are other hot tub businesses trying to bash the hot tub store. What I experienced and what many of my colleagues who purchased from the hot tub store was the best. I highly recommend this store and their products, I wouldn't go anywhere else and I am extremely picky! It's wonderful that im able to deal with a family owned business in Michigan and be treated like I was buying $100,000 worth of products. They also didn't beat around the bush and gave me the best prices.

I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I am with the Hot Tub Store!!!!! I had recently purchased a Master spa and the only thing I would have done different is I should have bought it five years ago. I have had it about three months and it is the best investment I have ever made. I shopped all the other brands but none had the power or the jets the master spa has. I also want to Thank Nick my sales person for taking the time with me to make sure the Master spa I bought was not only wright for my budget but wright for my family. Nick never high pressured my to buy like the other stores I had shopped at.

Family-owned business. They are awesome to deal with, and stand behind all of their tubs! If I ever have any problems Helena and her family take care of it, would definitely recommend buying your hot tub here and getting all of your service and parts.
