Do not waste your time and money. Horrible management team! Very unprofessional and does not care about their residents. They treated me and my roommates like crap and thought that our parents paid for everything which they didn't. My roommate and I paid for our bills, they charged us for things that should be covered under a deposit and that if we didn't pay we'd be evicted. They also declined my husbands deployment orders for me to get out of my lease only 4 months early, which is illegal. And they were about to charge me 300 dollars to get off it but when I mentioned I was pregnant with twins they gave me a "discount" and didn't make me pay. Thinking that was a nice gesture or something? Even though they treated me like crap for 6 months prior to that. Don't live here unless your willing to give up thousands of dollars.

Nwp recently bought the property where I have been residing and they have been really generous and caring! Very good people! And maintenance has been handled in a professional and timely manner!

I really enjoy living here and the staff is willing to help out with basically anything. I like how they have offers to get a discount on rent also. It's a cozy and quiet little neighborhood and I love that there aren't just a lot of loud and noisy college kids.

If you are looking for great commercial locations that provide renters outstanding service. Please try Nancy and her team. You will be never have to worry about maintenance or timely service. NWP Management is the best in the East Texas area!

I absolutely love NWP Management! They are always here to help me and work with me whenever needed. If I ever need anything Hannah (Assistant Property Manager) and Kristi ( Property Manager) are always willing to help me out. This is the first place I have lived outside of my parents home and I definitely feel safe and at home here. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! If you want to be able to feel safe and have a "second family" this is the place to live!

The office staff is great and they will always be willing to work with you when you are in a jam. They are very professional and really treat you like a person. They were willing to work with me when I got behind on rent and have been very responsive when I have an issue. I can always get Kristi or Nanci on their cell phone when I need anything.

I would recommend them and they have been the best I have seen so far...and I've lived a lot of places. :-)

NWP are very courtous and professional.

Extremely unprofessional. They got one of my payments for rent mixed in with my roommates pet deposit, and electricity and told me I never paid rent for one of those months. I asked them why they never called telling me that I missed because now it's September and they're just now letting me know. She said that they don't "harass people with those small amounts". I'm a college kid on my own, anyone knows that $350 when you're in college is a lot of money so that was a sorry excuse. They were always asking for money in some way, and they never apologized after they messed up my rent check. I do not recommend this horrible place to rent from.

NWP management were completely

Unprofessional. They did not clean or fix anything in our duplex before we moved in and now that we have moved out they have "lost" the sheet of paper that had all of issues that were there when we moved in and our now trying to charge us for all of the things they did not fix before we moved in. I would never recommend them to anyone. They have also done the same to multiple people who have since moved out of the same duplexes.
