      I visited your restaurant on Monday June 24th at 7:30ish p.m for the first time. I must say I was more than pleased with my visit, my food quality, and the tall young lady cutting my order (If I recall correctly her name was Melissa) She seemed to really know and understand her job! On the other hand the other few employees on duty seemed to be on another planet. I'm not sure if Melissa was the manager on duty but if she wasn't, she SURE needs to be... She went beyond I'm sure of what is expected of her and that is the reason I'll surely return!!! I just want to say thank you Dickey's and MELISSA for making my experience very enjoyable!

      Great food, loved the yeast rolls. We are so glad Dickeys has a new location in Tyler,now it's my favorite place to go for the best barberque in east Texas!!
