After being in this store for 1 1/2 hrs waiting for an already filled Rx yesterday (inadequate staffing), I was faced with multiple delays again today after my physician's office electronically sent in prescriptions after I was seen in the urgent care. After realizing there would be yet another long delay, I asked that my Rx's be sent over to a closer CVS for pick-up. Later I called the 2nd CVS and they had no record and were unwilling to call the first store for the Rx's. I made the call, they were sent over a second time, but somehow never arrived. I was on hold for 7 1/2 minutes when I called the 2nd CVS again. I ultimately went back to the Grant Rd store and I started the medication 3 hours later. No one ever apologized or asked how they could help. If this is because of inadequate staffing, or incompetent staffing, major changes should be in the works.
