Both the Hood River and The Dalles stores welcomed us, then asked us to back up to let someone ahead of us. Two stores on the same day violated the first-come, first-serve policy. After years of going to these stores, this was just over the top.

I had a flat tire and a young man named Steven at the oil can Henry's in Oakley CA was very helpful and put air in my tire . He also took the time to check my other tires as well.

3rd car in line. 1 hour later moved one space up. Employees worked with great speed. Problem, corporate has poor system for those of us that simply want a oil change. They have lost a customer!

I went to the OCH in Spokane Washington, it was our first time going to this establishment. The customer service there was outstanding. It was two weeks after when our son borrowed our car to go to town with a friend (we live 100 miles from Spokane) that the car started stalling at stoplights, causing a fender bender behind him once, then it finally stopped running altogether. The car was towed to a dealership where it was found to have the fuel filter in backwards. We took the bill directly to OCH and they started the paper work for reimbursement and we were told a check would be in the mail the next day. I am a disabled firefighter on a limited income and it appeared that things would happen fast. After a month, three phone calls, a couple faxes and some emails a small check for new filter only and a gift card arrived in the mail with a legal document releasing them from any further claims. The higher ups sure covered their butts but not all the money and heartache we suffered.

I've been coming to the Capital HWY Portland Oregon store for years. Most always great SVC. Today the staff argued through the whole process. They need a new attitude. It took almost an hour to get a simple oil change. when i asked that since my car is almost new 15 k miles i did not need the extra stuff the guy argued that he must read all the requirements. after he told me there was no requirements? Rude as i have ever seen. Jerin was the guys name! Please get this place back to its normal bright professional service. Thanks I sure hope when I bring my Corvette in it will be better.

Two weeks ago I had my oil changed at OCH in Oakley ca. Yesterday I noticed that I had oil leaking all over my driveway. I called OCH and talked to some guy that danced all around the problem, Then I asked him if they would check it, after him hawing around, he said to bring it down. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. When I got there, I was greeted by the mgr. Steve Howshall. He was super, He said that he knew I was coming, He was very proffesional, and even offered to send some one to come over and clean my driveway. He found the problem to be the oil filter gasket, He replaced the filter and gasket, and rechecked for leaks, and wiped down under the truck. I was very impressed with the Mgr. Steve. went to oil can Henry's one day because someone told me they do good work. later I found the person who told me this was trying to cause problems with me, not help me, they knew this establishment's track record. went to oil can Henry's in November 2011 in Modesto CA on McHenry blvd. was headed out to Kansas right after I had my oil changed. they tried to sell me a PVC check valve to replace the one they said was bad (the one in my engine was only 3 days old), they supposed to grease all the zerts, when I checked them in Vegas they were still covered with an inch of greasy dirt caked on from the last year since I greased them.they pulled on my oil hoses causing them to leak (they were replaced only 3 months prior). I called them about it and their reply was to have me return to their store. problem was that I'm headed to Kansas and not about to turn around and told them it'd have to wait until I returned in January. when I showed up in January, I was called a liar as they swore my hoses were leaking before I had my vehicle serviced, funny it's not mentioned on my work order like the PVC is stating tmy brand spanking new PVC needed replaced. I'll never use your service again. as a former ASE certified mechanic, your company is nothing more than a rip off joint.
