Don't believe anything they say, Robin told me that he would put his roofers up against anybody elses in the state. After seeing their work, they would come in last place! His roofing supervisor wasn't very professional at all, don't seem to know how to cut trim to make it fit without having bad cuts,like where they cut my ridge caps they have a 3/8 gap in the top of it, it looks terrible. Robin told me that the more trim that was on a house the better the job would look, I stongly dissagree! Not the way they do it, the trim around my dormers is the worse job in my neighborhood with metal roofs. They put long sctatches all in my roof taking the paint off. The screws are too close to the ribs not allowing the screw washers to pull tight against the roof. All they can say about the gaps in the ridge caps is, Well, that is the way we have been doing it and we don't know of any other way that would be any better! I could of got another roofer to do the job for $5,000 less and would of been happier about the quality of work!

I agree 100%. Robin Wells is nothing but a shyster and a snake oil salesman. He sells a good product but hires untrained people to install these Decra roofs and lies to his customers. i bought a roof for 22,000 dollars and recieved the worst customer service of any business i have ever dealt with! Robin Wells is a crook and a thief and i wouldnt suggest purchasing a pair of shoes from him!!!!
