The court assigned Ms. Walters to our initial divorce case in 2013. I had heard she was "buddies" with my spouses attorney, and when I questioned her, she admitted it. I provided a list of names/numbers for her to contact on my behalf - she chose to contact NONE of them, but instead spoke to my spouse's mother for input. BIASED, BIASED, BIASED! She was reassigned for additional input in 2015. Again, I provided a list of contacts - she chose to contact less than half of them and after a 10 minute kitchen interview, she basically rewrote a mirrored image of her original report. She fails to report major items of concern and forms opinions without collecting all the facts. My suggestion...DON'T AGREE TO HER BEING YOUR GUARDIAN AD LITEM ... YOU'LL REGRET USING HER SERVICES
