I have been going here since it opened. I have tried many salons over the years and none of them are this sanitary. I have always been happy with my pedicures and manicures. the atmosphere is so relaxing. It does not have that nail salon smell and they offer you a soda or water and they dont rush you and do a mani/pedi at the same time while you are sitting in the pedicure station. Very nice salon highly recommended

Cc and Henry are awesome. They wait on u here at a WALKIN nail salon. My sister gets the spa pedicure with stones every month. There is dog grooming place next store bi it wasn't there when the salon first opened and they did ask the landlord not put them dog place right there. Some thing are just out of our control....I've been there since the day they opened and every month and we have never ever had a bad experience.

I first went to Nail Dimension shortly after they opened and at the time, they had very few customers and were very customer service oriented. Two and a half years of going to them, I ask the manager to make an appointment for seven girls and myself for fills/full sets, brow waxes, and pedis for my wedding. I was told that because it was a Friday afternoon, they would NOT make the appointment because "walk ins will come in and possibly want more extensive spa services." Excuse me? After two years of loyal patronage and countless referrals for merely average service, you tell me that I can't make an appointment for a Friday afternoon which would benefit you $500 in one sitting because a walk in would want more expensive, er, extensive services? No, I'm sorry. I'm done with this nail place, back to Tip Top.

i tried them out because i saw my friend's pink and white nails, they look awesome and she recommended me Nail Dimension. i fell in love with this place when i just came in, so pretty, relaxing and especially very sanitary. The sterilizer they use is the THE SAME ONE which is used in hospital, I've never seen any salon use that cuz its very expensive. When waiting for Henry, the guy who did my friend's nail, i tried the herbal spa pedicure and it was amazing, totally relief all the pain in my legs. I like the environment there and the way they serve. I was satisfied when i left there, cant find anyone do my nails better than Henry and any salon more relaxing than Nail Dimension. I really love this place even the price is a little higher than other places, but i think that's worth spending money for

Woof woof woof, I hope you like dogs barking when getting your nails done. I go to relax when I get my pedicure and manicure, but with the dogs barking next door it is hard to relax. The lighting is very low and when you get outside your nails look different. I went back and told them that they needed to fix the problem areas but was told I would have to wait. What kind of customer service is that? I am sure that I can find a better place as there are nail places all over the place.

I love Nail Dimensions! It is so relaxing. I get both pedis and manis there. They always do an excellent job. At other places, my acrylics always lifted way before they should. I was always fussing with and gluing them myself. I get pink and whites at nail dimensions and they look great for at least two weeks if not more. Jennifer

I usually get a french at my regular nail salon (airbrushed pink and white with gel over top). They told me they could do that. NO they can't. I get "the new guy". I have been getting my nails done for years & knew immediately he was inexperienced. Awkward, shaky but I didn't want to be mean. Acrylic application was just OK, no pink airbrush, white airbrush very messy, pink polish on up to the white, gel application slow & messy. In all fairness, he did clean it all up. Paid $4 more than my usual $25. When I get home & all is said and done my nails are bumpy with air pockets in the gel, white tips are uneven. I'm really frustrated, hate having to complain.The lighting in this "spa" is very low you really can't see the end result until you get into natural light.I go back the next day. All apologize profusely. I ask him to just put plain polish.When I get home, I can see all the buffing and filing marks.Needless to say I wont be going back! Dont waste your $ on the calm & fancy decor!
