My wife went there for a washer and dryer they were very helpful the owner of the store came out and showed her the different models along with the receptionist, lady that was behind the counter they both were very helpful. Later that day they had it delivered to our house and installed. When I got home from work my wife was already using it what great service! My wife also informed me that the owner and his son were the ones to deliver and install it. They had to fix some wiring and plugs why they were there at no additional cost. Its nice to see the owner still gets out and takes pride in his business...

Called D&B at 5:45PM on a Friday to find a dryer part. The closest I previously found calling around was 80 miles away and said they couldn't ship it to me for more than a week. The receptionist at D&B was very accommodating. Although her computer was shutdown she took the model information and said she would call me right back after verifying the part number and looking to see if the part was in stock. A few minutes later she called back and said they had the part in stock and would stay open until I could get there to pick it up (they normally close at 6:00 PM on weekdays and I couldn't get there until 6:15). The cost was reasonable too. It was actually a few dollars less than the others I found. I had a great experience with D&B and will definitely do business with them again.

I only dealt with the receptionist there. I went in to get a part for a washer to fix it with my dad's help. (he is an appliance repair man in WA) I called him while still in the store to make sure it is the right part. He told me he charges $20.00 retail for it and this store wanted to charge me $30.00. She was very put out that I made the phone call in the first place. I mentioned that they were making a VERY good profit off their parts. As I walked away I heard her mumble something under her breath directed to me. I called her as I was driving away and told her I heard her and I thought she was very rude and I would NEVER be back. She didn't care and said that is fine. I have been a receptionist for years and know you should NEVER respond like that no matter how HORRIBLE the customer is. I do not feel I was horrible at all. I am new in town and my husband works out of town. I'm all alone here and just want to make sure my job is as stress free as possible.
