      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

      My Personal experience atoptions.brook beyond anything I could ever dream in my nightmares! There were a few PRMs, a nurse, and and a social worker that were; however the rest well, needed to do there FREAKING JOB!!!!!!!There was such disrespect to the patients. When you asked for something--you would get a response of, "in a minute"; and they would not come back. Theis place looked NOTHING like website or the brochure makes you believe it is such a grandeur place...however it is far from that. Some of the rooms were filled with mold,mildew, and the overwhelming stitch of urine. Patents were verbally and mentally abusing to the patience. When the aldut ward went to the gym all there was, was about a half size basketball court and a few balls. The pool, which we were never allowed to swim in. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner were so horrible. If you have someone you love very much and are thinking about this facility--Please reconsider your options. If you're considering this place for your self or loved ones--please do not put you or you're loved ones. Spring brook needs to be condemned!
