I took my car in to get appraised with Jannie. She made my experience so easy and wonderful. I didn't have to wait long at all! Jannie is so polite and pleasant to talk to, she walked me through the entire process. I would recommend Jannie if you want to turn your car in at this Carmax.

I bought a car from carmax, the sales rep was friendly made everything easy and got me into the car I wanted, little did I know I would grow to hate this vehicle I haven't even had it a year and I have taken the car for a number of repairs the car had a recall. Transmission, sensor problems, knocking noises, and now I'm experiencing a loud rattling noise and the car jerkes continuously the service dept is always booked(wonder why) and can never fix the car, the maxcare I purchased was a complete fake they say they would fix anything for free wrong!!! Just for a diagnoses is 250 bucks I don't recommend anyway to buy a car from any carmax, its a overpriced headache

We have had a bad experience with carmax. we bought a car there and within the first 30 days they say they will fix anything for free. what they don't tell you is that it may take 3 times of bringing you car in to get the simplest thing fixed right. There service center isn't open on the weekends and closes by 5pm on weekdays. The buying process didn't go very smooth because the representive we worked with didn't know the answers to our questions most of the time. I feel we didn't get the best car for the price. I wish we had bought is elsewhwere.
