Plaza West Regional Health Center, located in Topeka, Kan., provides care and rehabilitation services for seniors. The center has a skilled health care team and provides individual care and services, such as skilled nursing, rehabilitative and post acute care. It has a three-level special care unit, subacute center and an alternative care center. The center has a more than 150-bed facility licensed for both Medicare and Medicaid recipients. It has a team of physical, occupational and speech therapists who consult with the physicians and family of residents to evaluate the patients and develop comprehensive treatment programs.
