Hi Katie,
I have not received any of the cabinet information that I requested from you.
Initially, I intended to purchase a counter and new cabinets from you. Since you are unwilling to share pricing and other essential information to build my cabinets., I will not be able to work with you as my funds are not limitless.
This experience has been extremely frustrating considering the amount of time I have taken from my busy schedule to visit your store. At this time, I am seeking a complete refund of the $1800.00 paid for my visa on 07/13/2020.
While I have discussed my frustration with your company, you told me that if I cancel my project, you would expect me to pay you $250 for coming to see my kitchen.
I have called you several times, and I have left messages with your husband and via email. You said in your last email that "you are slammed.”
Sorry to hear that, but since I have not hard heard back from you, I have lost all trust in your company.
At this time, I am requesting an immediate and complete refund of my $1800.00 to my Visa card. If you do not refund me, I will put in a dispute with Visa to have all money refunded, and I will also file a complaint against your company as well as write this up on YELP.
You advertise free estimates, and at no time was I made aware of a home visit fee. Please refund my Visa card.
