Used this company Feb. 2014. The rep was new to company, and because of that I kept trying to be patient. First pallets of stone arrived and they were good, second pallet arrives and they are larger stones than the first shipment. Brick layers used what they could and cut the larger pieces. I had a few questions regarding more stone and refunds of the unused stone. After about 2-4 weeks of 'o I forgot" or " I'll get back to you", I gave up. Found Apex Stone and ordered the remaining stone for fireplaces from them. I learned later that Town and Country gets their stone from them. Bottom Line, Town and Country charged me 2587.00 and Apex charged me 821.00 for exact same stone on fireplaces. I believe in earning a profit, but over 150% markup???
